Start a team from Participant Center
If a person registers as an individual and then decides to start a team, they do not have any way to do this from their Participant Center. They can Join a team, but not Start a new team. This would be less work for the Event Managers and Admins if people could start their own teams after registering.

We definitely need this. I had to start probably 20 teams for participants this season.
