Add Fundraising Minimum as a parameter in the S48 tag for TeamRaiser Events

We allow our participants to either confirm their participation with a credit card when they register or to just start fundraising and hit the fundraising minimum by a certain date.

Since they haven't completed the DSP form, the DSP parameters don't work and it'd be helpful to pull that information directly from what was configured in the setup of the participation type.
