Ability to link a campaign with multiple donation forms to a TeamRaiser event to capture all gifts to the campaign in thermometer and leaderboards, not just gifts to one donation form. This will allow using different donation forms with various fields, source capture, and other features, but still count towards the TeamRaiser event.
