enhance how TeamRaiser credits registration fees.

For our Teamraiser events, we'd like the option to include participant registration fees towards the overall event status, but exclude from the individual's status. "Jane" signs up to participate for our event. The fee is $50. We'd like for the homepage's progress bar to include this towards our event's goal. However, when you visit Jane's page, we'd like to say that Jane has raised $0 so far. We do not want Jane to think the fee paid was a gift. This might result in Jane fundraising less on our behalf. Presently, the option site options is either you include Jane's fee towards the event's goal, or you do not.

    Hi Ken,

Thanks for your comment. Where is this event data parameter? One that allows to apply participant rates towards the event's status, but exclude from participant's status?

I reached out to Support a few weeks ago, and their reply was "there is no way to include the Fees towards the Event Thermometer and not the Participants/Team Thermometers."

However, the person I worked with might have been mistaken.

    Thanks!

    Jason

Hi Jason, there is an Event Data Parameter which can include/exclude registration fees in the event thermometers and should be able to do what you want. I would contact support to help you determine how to set this up.

If I am mistaken please let me know so i can update this idea.

    Thanks,

    Ken
