Fix the modern ticket layout issue

Ticket description is not populating when I click on the ticket type. Here's the "fix" for the issue I was having: https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/68654

There's really no point in having a choice between modern and classic layout if the modern layout doesn't work as it's is intended to.

    There is a current bug in our backlog to address this issue and we'll evaluate according to priority. This is an issue with the jquery loaded with the pagewrapper and can be resolved through an update to css and jquery.

    Hi, this seems like a bug rather then an idea for feature enhancement so I've sent it to the team that handles Luminate Online current gen bugs to review. They should respond with some information soon.
