Allow edits to unconfirmed gift entry fields in participant center, including ability to add organization gift name

Currently, if an organization chooses to allow the organization field when accepting donations, donors can include this information when doing an online gift, or an administrator can include this when entering an offline gift. However, when a participant goes to enter an unconfirmed gift through the participant center, this field is not available. If they add the unconfirmed gift anyway (either excluding the company name or messing up data by entering org name into the first/last name fields), administrators are not then later to attribute an org record to this gift when they go to process it.

Please add the organization field as part of the unconfirmed gift data entry fields in the participant center so that participants are more easily able to collect donations from companies and ensure they get the proper receipt acknowledgement needed for tax purposes.

Additionally, it would be great to be able to edit the other fields that show as well, including be able to require mailing address and phone number, etc, so that it can more closely mirror what an organization asks on their donation form.

    For organizations who utilize the "Later" function as pledges, they need the ability to ask for phone number and require mailing address information when the gift is entered through the participant center. This is impacting Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kansas CIty.
