Allow offline donation gift notifications to be sent to the TeamRaiser participant when they are added to their page

Our organization only allows members of our fundraising team to upload offline gifts of participants. Therefore, participants only see offline gifts that are added when they check their donor wall. It would be great for them to receive an email notification when an offline gift is added to their page.
