Allow offline gifts to be added from Organizations(Matching Gifts)

We get matching gifts from employers and in RE we have their org record, I cannot add a gift from them in LO.

So in the world of Luminate, gifts aren't ever made by companies? Unbelievable... We receive so many checks from schools and companies who sponsor our event participants, and to NOT have the ability to properly record this money under the organization's name is just mind-boggling. Am I missing a trick or something?
