Allow personal and team page image to be bigger than 300x400 px.
No matter the ratios, 1:1, 4:5, 6:9, all of them automatically got resized to 300x400. This resulting in the image being very pixelated on both personal and team page. Not professional. At least allow it to match with the container size.0
