please allow custom gift attributes to be passed through RELO for eg donation comments

I have to manually add all donation comments to a constituent's gift record in Raiser's Edge because the RELO sync will not pass any donation comments made in Luminate Online to the gift record in Raisers Edge. This is very time consuming. Surely there must be an automated way to pass this information. If not we may have to re-examine using LO for our donation forms and create them directly in Raiser's Edge. If we can't use LO for donation forms what's the point of having Luminate Online?
