Allow new sustaining gifts to carry into RE with the "EFT" box UNCHECKED
When a donor opts in to make a sustaining gift, the recurring gift template pulls into RE with the "EFT" box checked. This is a problem, because then those gifts too easily get pulled into our regular "EFT" batches in RE. Case in point, Mr. Smith's sustaining gift is supposed to process in LO today, but it hasn't happened yet. So when I went to generate my EFT batch in RE (to generate payments for recurring gifts and pledges that were made offline in RE), Mr. Smith's gift pulled in to charge! Luckily, I just know to check for these and delete them. But this is especially problematic if anyone other than me goes to run EFT batches. Lots of potential for double-charging!
