Automatically sync organization gifts from Luminate to Raiser's Edge
Currently, organization gifts in LO will not sync with RE until after a constituent has been marked as the primary contact. However, our continued issue is with the initial gift prior to marking that primary contact. We have no way to know when these gifts have arrived in LO in order to search for them and update the record. And additionally, it requires us to manually create a RE record for the initial gift. We do not feel this is a satisfactory situation with LO. We have temporarily turned off the "Organization" giving option on our donation forms, but we also are not happy with this solution, which does not allow donors to give as an org. We would like to request that a solution for organization gifts migrating from LO- RE is included as a system update.
