Ability to reach people under my people
Ability to reach people under my people - e.g., my wife had people join her team - she wasn't paying attention to that - here I thought I had thanked everyone, yet I didn't reach those people and have no way to do so - only my wife can. I don't want to put that on her, let alone other people who are already doing me a favor - friends who are on my team and have people under them - I don't want to have to ask them to now thank their people. I need to be able to reach everyone under me and have a consistent message.
