Add dynamic customization to enter participant's

Add dynamic customization to enter participant's first name at top of their participant page

Instead of the user having to edit their own page & enter their name (now it is generic for all participants so we say "welcome to my personal page"), it would be nice if LO could pull in their first name dynamically like kintera did.
