Allow users to add guests in LO forms to sync in RE

Currently, when someone in LO has guests they want to bring to an event, those guests do not show up as participants. When looking at participants in RE, someone who has five registrations under their name might show up as one registration which does not allow for an accurate count of registrants as well as a lot of work on the back-end for us to contact that individual. While the option exists to ask a question about who their guests are, this also creates confusion if there are multiple people with that name in the database. It's a ton of work for orgs to have to chase down people and not a good customer experience for our guests.

    We need the ability for a registrant to add Guests to their registration in Luminate Online.  We migrated from BBNC to LO about 7 months ago and this is a feature that is completely lacking in LO. I am surprised there has not been any progress made in this area of LO.

    Yes - if we could have a way for a user to both buy multiple tickets and/or ticket types, AND include unique registration information, that would be wonderful. It is extremely common for people to buy at least two tickets. Every other event ticketing software platform does this.

    We absolutely agree that the ticketed event module in LO is really lacking in both user friendliness and the ability to get accurate and useful information.  We are also trying to get our information over from LO to RE into the events module and our events assistant is having to do the same thing - call the ticket purchasers to clarify info and manually split up the guests in the events module for accurate counts and seating.
