Currently survey questions/additional information fields, completed during registration, are only transferred to RE if the registrant is the primary registrant. This poses an inconsistency problem for accurately tracking events in RE, when allowing for family/group registrations through your TeamRaiser event. The current solution to this issue is to manually export the information out of LO and import it into RE, which creates additional work for database teams trying to ensure the consistency and accuracy of event tracking within their database systems. Additionally, it forces database teams to work primarily out of Luminate Online when prepping for and successfully executing events with a high number of registrants.
Please consider changing this current integration to include survey questions/additional information fields for both primary and secondary registrants.
