Send Admin Notifications when the site is down (or other incidents)

It is funny how we get notifications when services are restored, and that they were down from X time to X time, AFTER the fact. As an admin, I want notifications sent straight to my phone, my email, and a carrier pigeon would be nice too.

    To my understanding there is and it is the same system however I will confirm this and why you would receive one but not the other. I'll let you know what I find out.

    I do, and that is indeed what I am referring to. I do appreciate the messages that something has been restored, but I should be aware that something is down to begin with. Is there a distribution list for when something goes down?

    Hi, do you receive the BEN notifications which are sent out to clients? Or is that what you are referring to with regard to the systems restored messages? It could be that you aren't on all the distribution lists and I can help contact your CSM for you to help resolve this.
