Blackbaud Status Page Alerts should be communicated via email to same distribution list as used for maintenance notices
Blackbaud Status Page https://status.blackbaud.com/ is used to communicate issues with Blackbaud products but its benefit would be increased if emails were sent to users of that product -- the same email distribution list used by Blackbaud to communicate maintenance notices.
Example from May 3, 2018: Active Issue Alert – Blackbaud Payment Service - 2018050303 which impacted processing of payments. It would have helped our organization to be aware of the issue when Blackbaud posted its first notice of an issue at 2:40 pm Central.

YES. Stumbling upon issues rather than being informed proactively leaves us scrambling. An email alert would allow us to take action on our end to communicate an outage with our stakeholders.
