We are about to launch middleware leveraging web services to sync to our database of record. Unfortunately, the fields that indicate if a donor has selected a premium as part of their donation are not available at all via this method. We would have to run regular reports and manually manage fulfillment, which is not feasible. For this reason, we are forced to remove the premium option for all online donation forms. This limits our flexibility around campaign incentives and is just overall unfortunate.
