Add product option field to report writer

Using Donation Reports (under Donation Management) to run a report of "donations by transaction" includes a column for PRD_CONFIG_OPTION.

This field should also be available when using Report Writer.

We need the flexibility and control that Report Writer provides, but if we offer a premium with an option then we have to run two separate reports and merge them together to get the full picture.
