Donation forms need quantity option for donation levels

Donors need an option to choose to buy multiples of a donation level, it shouldn't just be an option for event pages. The lack of this option creates a frustrating user experience, and setting up donation vs event forms is confusing on the back end already.

    Can you help me better understand what you are trying to achieve with giving a user the ability to choose quantity of donation levels that can't be achieved with User Entered Amount by the donor? Just trying to make sure I really understand the scenario.
