Make an easy guide to TeamRaiser URLs

When building a TeamRaiser, often it's frustrating to known what the URLs of various pages are. For instance, what's the URL of a join/form team page? Or register w/o join/forming a team? Where is TRR and TRC used? Sometimes we find it necessary to add in the pw_id of a TR URL to avoid other LO sessions from using *their* PageWrapper. Having something simple at the top of every "page" in the TR setup, stating what the user-facing URL is... that would be very helpful.
