Create a Teamraiser report that includes a field for created custom url's

We lost a lot of revenue from users sharing an incorrect or broken link to their Participant Center. If I could pull a report that included people who created a custom url to their fundraising page, we could easily create custom urls for anyone who didnt and share with them for soliciting donations.
