Track Interest Opt-ins as an Interaction
We would like to be able to look up when constituents join an email interest. This would allow us to troubleshoot when people report they are/are not receiving emails they do (or don't) expect. Currently, there's no way to tell when someone joins an interest, just whether they are currently subscribed.

Absolutely. This could also allow you to see, for instance, if you're getting high-quality emails from a targeted advertisement or campaign (i.e., did you get reporters or government emails?) rather than just seeing numbers. Quality vs. quantity.

This would be a super helpful interaction to have tracked, it would be great to know when someone has opted in (or out!) of an interest group
