It would be helpful to have the ability to add email recipients of a welcome series or any set of emails with rebuilding groups to an Interest Opt-In group. For instance, after a constituent receives Welcome Series Email 4, they are automatically added into the E-Newsletter Interest Opt-In group, as opposed to importing them via Mail Merge or sending an email with a link to add the interest.
