re: multi-registrants, teams, captains and donors

with RELO integration, it would be helpful if multi-registrants were indicated in Raisers Edge. Along the same line, it would be helpful to view TeamRaiser related information like: Team Captain, Team Name, participants, extra gifts, participation type, etc in Raisers Edge. More than likely, the individuals, organizations and companies that participate in our events have had some history with our organization. To keep and maintain the integrity of the constituent, all of this event information is necessary to continue in cultivating the donor relationship.

    The RE+LO integration is integrated with Team Raiser Events, but in order to see registration and event data move from Luminate to the Raiser's Edge, you'll have to have the Raiser's Edge Events Module and make sure the events are cross referenced. Here's a link to the product release notes. We released this feature in January of 2015.
