Allow use of MFA app

Making the required MFA for Luminate be only by SMS is restrictive. We do not supply cell phones to staff, and they do not wish to supply their personal cell numbers for your login requirements.

      This is incredibly inequitable and not a viable solution for all admins, especially as Blackbaud uses other forms of MFA for their other products!
