Increase the number of support contacts per organization.
Our use of Luminate is fairly de-centralized and only being able to list two people as support contacts is a real problem for us. Different people use different aspects of the tool so being able to list several people (4-6) would take a lot of pressure off me to always be available.

Hi Christine,
This ideas portal is mainly focused on product enhancement requests as opposed to contractual or support changes so I'm going to tag this request as Non-Platform Enhancement Request. However, I've reach out to your client success manager to see if there is anything she can do to help you up your limit for support contacts or find others resources that might help ease your pressure.
