Enhance Query to allow selection of frequency of sustaining gift by monthly, quarterly OR annually

We can accept recurring payments in Luminate Online on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. We would like to be able to easily generate query groups that can auto-rebuild for use in email targeting. Right now we can query on sustainer yes or no, but not Sustainer/Monthly, Sustainer/Quarterly, and Sustainer/Annually to make 3 distinct groups. We can get the information via Report Writer but that requires manual work each time we want to update these groups for use in an email send. It would be great to have Frequency of sustainer payment added as something we can select by in Query.

Guess what? This just shipped and is in Luminate Beta Lists under the new Giving category > Gift types (choose recurring) and frequency will appear. You can log in now and check it out!

Hi, good news. We've started working on this so it should be coming in  the next few months. Stay tuned to our quarterly roadmap updates for preview of look/functionality.

    Thanks,

    Ken

HI Brooke, just wanted to follow up again on my question. Any new info you can share?

Thanks for the update Brooke. I'm wondering if you have more details now about the timing of this and what the results of your discovery work have been? We're obviously happy to help you all figure out how to implement this so it's most useful for all of us if that would be needed.

Love the idea - evaluating for Luminate Next Gen.  We will be doing more discovery on these new types of features in the Jan/Feb timeframe.  We will investigate adding to our new reporting tools as well.

Any feedback from Product Management about including this idea in a future product release?
