Report Writer is the only way to identify annual vs. monthly sustaining donors. But those results can't be associated with a group that automatically rebuilds. 

Why is this important: We treat our annual sustainers differently than our monthly ones. We communicate to them differently via email. We need a way to use query (so that we can have an associated, automatically rebuilding group) to identify these unique audiences. We should not be expected to manually repopulate this group every day.
