Leaderboard (top donors list) for donation forms

We would like to create a list of top donors to a particular donation campaign (like a leaderboard on a teamraiser, but for a donation campaign). Would be great to have either the built-in ability to create leaderboards or to have useful S-Tags or API endpoints for getting the top donors to a campaign.
