Allow both data elements "Honor Gift" and "eCard" within the same donation form

Is it possible to have both data elements "Honor Gift" as well as "eCard" integrated within one donation form? Right now, only one is allowed. But let's say if the donor makes an honour gift and wants to notify another about this gift via sending an ecard, it cannot be done. So what we have are 2 donations forms, one that sends out an ecard and the other for the honouree gift.

In addition, it would be great to have the ecard fields such as "send the ecard on <date>" and "select ecard" etc. "closed/hidden" unless the "send an ecard" checkbox is checked.
