Train your support team on the product

It would be most helpful if you trained your support team in your product instead of just having them follow a script and send out links.

      This ideas portal is focused on collecting platform feature enhancement ideas so I've marked this as a Non-Platform Enhancement Request however I didn't want to lose this feedback so I've sent it to Support management for review.
