Would like to be able to send some cross teamraiser coaching emails. Allow at chapter level, national level, or both. Right now, we have to pay a vendor to send our Walk coaching emails because it is too time consuming for us to do it Walk by Walk (over 200). We're also reducing functionality for our DIY participants so we can create fewer teamraisers in hopes that we can centralize our DIY coaching emails.

Other option is to use the email module. but this means you cannot personalize the content and you have to do more work to create the delivery group.
