Allow Designees to be Campaigns instead of just Funds

I would like to be able to create a generic donation page that gives people the option to choose which campaign they would like to support, instead of just a fund. We may have more than one campaign running at a time, and it would be easier to have one page that donors can go to, and they can select which one they would like to support, without having to click to load a separate page.
