make it so that two sustaining gifts can be created for one donor in LO

We have donors who want to give to 2 different funds. Those funds also have separate bank accounts with Blackbaud Merchant Services, so we'd like one monthly gift to be associated with our General Bank Account, and the other monthly donation would be attached to our campaign bank account. Our auditors require that our campaign gifts for our new center go into a separate account.
