Case sensitivity in queries

I've noticed that when we query on country=United States, anyone with UNITED STATES (all caps) is not picked up in query results. Could queries be changed so case wouldn't matter? We are trying to clean up the data on our side so this isn't an issue, but I doubt it will ever be perfect and we'll always miss someone.

This is another huge issue for us. For example, if one of our admins uses "Facebook" in a sourcecode instead of "facebook", then all of the reporting/querying on our Facebook marketing program is broken. We waste a lot of staff time going back and trying to think of all the possible permutations of caps/lower and bloating up all of our queries with "OR" statements -- in addition to being a waste of staff time, this is also a huge waste of computing resources BTW. All queries should be case INsensitive!
