Organization records and Gifts are not included in RELO integration?!
In order to get the organization gifts out of Luminate best practice is to run a Transaction details report in Luminate online report writer. Once this is exported from Luminate users can use this data sheet to Modify and Import in to Raiser's Edge or Manually update by creating a gift batch. Please just make it integrate.

Please provide the ability to link a gift in the LO Gift Plugin to an existing Raiser's Edge Org record in Raiser's Edge. The LO GIft Plugin system already provides the ability to search for an existing RE record to link gifts to, but it only works if the existing record is an Individual. It ignores existing RE Org records. Shouldn't be too difficult to provide this functionality.

Total agreement...Organizations make gifts and LO sync with RE is huge problem.

Organizations make gifts. This seems like a basic reality of fundraising. I have been very disappointed with the clunkiness and confusion of Luminate. Support does their best to help find solutions but this is an issue with the design and lack of understanding of client needs.

This non-functionality is the main reason that we pull our hair out when it comes to RE/LO integration. We are now exploring alternate systems to help us. Not being able to link our existing sponsor (organization) records makes it impossible to accurately connect our donations to the correct record. it's ridiculous!
