Allow users to decide how to map the tribute personal messages.
Currently, if someone makes a gift online in honor/memory of someone, and leaves a personal tribute message, that message is hard-wired to map to a Gift Note named "LO Tribute Message". But we also have offline tribute gifts, and those personal messages get saved in a Gift Note named "Tribute Message". I only want ONE Gift Note type for tribute messages, so that I can efficiently merge tribute notification letters. Please allow us to decide which Gift Note to use for the tribute message mapping, OR allow us to rename this Gift Note type so that we can use it for offline gifts as well.
