Ability to select certain team members to split donation amongst

When entering online and offline donations, it would be awesome to have the ability to choose if you want your donation to go to 1) an individual participant, 2) a team gift that is evenly split amongst all members of the team or 3) a team gift that is split evenly amongst specific members of the team.  I realize #1 and #2 are somewhat possible, although it would be a dream come true if a team gift could automatically be split and show the split amount on the individual's fundraising efforts.  #3 is something that comes up a lot because we may have a team of 100, but there are 5 members that are all siblings for example.  Grandma wants to donate $10 each to her grandkids, but not to the whole team of 100.  Rather than having her find each of her 5 grandkids' fundraising pages and make 5 different transactions, she could select option 3 and select all her grandkids and make a $50 donation that is split evenly amongst just those 5 members.  Magical!!

This has 25 votes - Anyone from Blackbaud have any input on this?  Thanks!

This feature exists in many different nonprofit organization's fundraising event pages, and I would love to have this function!

Many of our calls throughout our event's busy season relate to moving donations around. The worst is when they want their donation split between two people, which we do not have the capability to do. In order to make the donation count toward two individuals and not mess up tracking (for fundraising minimum, incentives, and competition purposes) we would either need them to make another donation, or us refund it and them then donate two separate times. It is not the best customer service for us when we have to tell them there's nothing we can do about it!
