Enable a team gift to be automatically split

Enable a team gift to be automatically split among team members when entering a team donation.

We have individuals who want to earn prizes but get team gifts. Rather than constantly having to break the gift and enter a portion of it under each individual record, it would be helpful if there was an option when entering a team gift to have it split among the individual team members.
