Make it easier to add a suggested message or a milestone to all TeamRaisers after child events are created

If you want to create a new suggested message or a new milestone message after you create child events, you have to add it to each and every child TeamRaiser. We need an easier way to add a suggested message or a milestone after registration after teamraisers are created. Manually creating them across 200+ teamraisers is unreasonable. Macro is to cumbersome. Should be able to create a new suggested message or milestone and push it down through the blueprint the same way you can push down changes to a suggested message or blueprint.
