Add message preview field to email layout
Gmail and other email clients support a message preview. Currently, we need to add this to email messages in the HTML editor. But for non-technical staff, this will be too much to ask of them. It would be nice if there were an additional field for this text so non-technical email authors could do this themselves.

Mike, I'm assuming that you mean having something along the lines of pre-header text. If that's the case, I whole-heartedly agree! It seems like this could be something included as you fill out all the factors for the message envelope.
