Add ability to create inline styles from style sheet before sending emails

Gmail.com needs inline styles in order to look correct. Yet writing them requires HTML/CSS knowledge, and is a barrier to entry for less-technical folks laying out emails.

Build a feature so that inline styles are applied from the stylesheet.. not only during the email send, but during the authoring process itself.

    Thanks Brian! We ended up writing a browser extension that does this inside the WYSIWYG editor
