When using the "preview" pop up link or the final preview before sending and email message in the Participant Center 2, certain formatting options are not displayed accurately (most notably bullet options and bolding - appears as "plain text") as they are in the WYSIWYG editor and as they're ultimately appear in the final email.

Even though the email that is sent ultimately retains that formatting, this has been a cause for dissonance for participants who are confused as to why the formatting they've added to the message is not previewing before they actually send the message.
