Provide ability to send personalized emails to entire Contact List in Participant Center

One of our most enthusiastic supporters asked why he could not send personalized emails to his contact list. He said he imported his contact list at the suggestion he found in his Participant Center. He said he had to either send emails to his list one by one so he could address his contact by name, or use a generic "Dear Friends" type of salutation. He said:

"This defeats the whole purpose of having a contact list and the option for bulk emails. An alternative, is to substitute the [NAME] tag with a generic salutation like, “Hello Friend,” which is not so nice.

Being able to send out true group emails would be helpful. "
