Send thank you e-mails functionality

Within the participant center, it would be a cool feature to have a link that says, ?Send thank you e-mails? which would then take the user to a drafted email where the "To" field already selected the group called "Donors". We have had users who click on the link prompting them to thank their donors but then once they get to the blank email they don't know how to retrieve their donor email list.
