Allow for "Bill me" option for Calendar Events

Currently, you can only register for an event if you pay at the time of registration. However, when organizations are paying they often need to be invoiced, especially when the fees are high (10k+.) But, some events sell out and folks need to register early to hold their place while the invoice is processed internally. Request: add an option for Bill Me on the Registration Page. This would follow the same flow and the payment process, but on billing page there would just be confirmation of the order and billing address (no credit card information required) and the system would only register them. Payment would be applied later as offline confirmed, or for those of us with the LO to CRM sync we could apply the payment to the registration in CRM.
