Add a "Pay By Mail" option for event ticket purchase and donations
We have events where people pledge their event registration and mail a check. This is important because they are paying through their company and do not have the option to pay with a credit card. We treat the online registration as a pledge until the check is received.

This would be a great feature for Calendar Events the way Children's of Alabama uses it. It allows them to reserve the company registration so they have the opportunity to follow-up with event information and more company specific registration details.
