When viewing a constituent's interaction history, it would be useful to see all of the autoresponder emails that they've been sent. The purpose of the interaction history is to show all of the touchpoints within the Luminate Online system and right now the autoresponders is a huge piece that's missing. A big part of that user experience is the TeamRaiser autoresponders. It's important for administrators to have the ability to confirm when constituents were sent the correct autoresponder and time/date. Currently, autoresponder deliveries aren't listed in the interaction history, but email campaigns are.
To take it one step further, a lot of online CRMs also record time and date of each time an email is opened or clicked by each constituent. This would be a huge leap forward in information to be able to see when and what information each constituent has received. But for now, even just delivery receipt of all autoresponders would be a huge step in the right direction.
